Senior Citrix Engineer

About the role

oscglobal is seeking an experienced Senior Citrix Engineer to join its hybrid team supporting US Federal customers. The role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing Citrix environments across cloud and on‑premise infrastructures while providing tier I‑III support for VDI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and tune Citrix farms, NetScaler, and PVS architectures.
• Perform daily maintenance, monitoring, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Citrix and Windows Server environments.
• Configure, deploy, and manage VDI (XenDesktop/VDI) workloads.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure that hosts Citrix farms.
• Provide incident response, service restoration, and root‑cause analysis for Citrix‑related outages.
• Collaborate with other technical specialists and follow vendor and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Valid Security+ certification.
• Current Secret clearance (eligible for Top‑Secret).
• Citrix certification or equivalent experience with XenApp/XenDesktop platforms.
• At least 10 years of experience designing, building, and managing Citrix environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Citrix farm migrations and management tools.
