About the role
Varsity Brands is seeking an entry‑level Software Engineer to join its modern, unified digital platform team in Dallas. You will contribute to building, testing, and maintaining cloud‑based services that power the sport and spirit experience for customers nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Write, test, and debug code for applications, backend services, and APIs.
- Develop new features and services within established architecture and engineering standards.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve development and lower‑environment issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to deliver functional and reliable software.
- Follow development workflows, security practices, and engineering standards.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously build understanding of platform architecture and system design principles.
Required profile
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
- Entry‑level software engineering background.
