About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reliable systems that power the platform’s core workflows.
• Ship high‑quality code that balances speed of delivery with technical rigor.
• Own uptime, observability, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving reliability risks.
• Leverage cutting‑edge AI and large language models to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences.
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews and mentor teammates to raise engineering standards.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, ambitious, and capable of tackling large, meaningful problems.
• Ownership mindset with a long‑term focus on business and customer impact.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working autonomously, and delivering quickly.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience in a high‑quality environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work onsite in New York City.

Required skills

• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building production systems end‑to‑end.
• Familiarity with LLM‑powered applications or AI‑driven features.
