About the role
The Software Developer (internal title: Technical Lead) will design, develop, and implement enterprise‑level applications for corporate clients, working primarily from a remote home office with occasional travel across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and user stories, track work in Jira, and conduct impact analysis for new features.
- Manage technical development of assigned applications, assess impact of new requirements on existing components, and estimate effort.
- Write, test, and coordinate code delivery with cross‑functional teams.
- Design and build integration components across UI, middleware, and backend layers, ensuring proper data flow.
- Perform system testing, regression and performance testing using JMeter, Insomnia, and Postman.
- Deploy applications via Topaz and ServiceNow, selecting appropriate CI/CD scripts and tools.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science with at least 1 year of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- Proven ability to lead technical efforts and deliver software solutions on schedule.
