About the role
Geotab is looking for a Software Developer to ensure stable and scalable releases for critical features within its connected transportation platform. You will work on the Asset Tracker project, collaborating with firmware, gateway, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality code to customers worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement new software applications following industry standards.
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional, high‑performing solutions.
- Apply test‑driven and security‑driven development practices to maintain platform integrity.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to enforce rigorous coding standards.
- Support the Asset Tracker project by integrating software with hardware components.
Required profile
- Versatile developer able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proven experience building reliable, large‑scale applications.
- Passion for creating software that powers global connected transportation.
