Social Media & Storytelling Lead

About the role

Tuli is looking for its first full‑time digital marketing hire to own and elevate its social media presence. As the Social Media & Storytelling Lead you will shape the brand narrative, create engaging content, and drive community growth across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Conceptualize, script, film, edit, and publish video content without relying on external creators.
• Maintain a dynamic content calendar and adapt in real time to on‑site events.
• Write on‑brand captions that capture attention and encourage interaction.
• Collaborate with the Art Director on visual assets and quickly produce graphics in Canva.
• Manage direct messages, using tools to scale personalized responses.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and present insights to leadership.
• Lead the Creator in Residence and influencer programs, handling outreach, relationship management, and deliverable tracking.
• Organize and archive all raw and edited media for easy retrieval.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong storytelling mindset.
• Passionate about social trends and able to move quickly on new ideas.
• Comfortable working closely with partnerships, events, and on‑site teams.
• Detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience using Canva for rapid graphic creation.
