Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Coder is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to shape its daily social presence and translate complex AI infrastructure into engaging content. You will create video and written assets for both technical and business audiences, collaborating with multiple product and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily social media engagement across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, responding to comments and mentions in a technical yet warm voice.
• Create end‑to‑end vertical video content, from scripting and filming to editing, publishing, and optimization for Reels and Shorts.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute product launches, thought‑leadership series, customer stories, and event campaigns on social platforms.
• Repurpose existing webinars, blog posts, and demos into channel‑specific social formats.
• Track performance, report insights, and iterate content strategy based on data.
• Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats in the developer‑tools and B2B tech space.

Required profile

• 3+ years creating content for a brand, agency, or independent audience with a diverse portfolio.
• Proven video production skills for short‑form (Reels, Shorts) and long‑form YouTube content.
• AI‑native workflow experience using image‑generation, video‑editing, scripting, and ideation tools.
• Strong brand intuition informed by leading tech publishers.
• Clear, concise writing adaptable to different tones, formats, and technical depth.
• Ability to work quickly and autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
