Social Media Manager – TikTok & Instagram

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead end‑to‑end strategy, content creation, and profile management on TikTok and Instagram for a premium life‑insurance brand. The role blends personal branding, short‑form video production, and organic audience growth to build an education‑first, high‑end presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full‑stack social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram from scratch.
• Define content pillars, positioning, and a consistent posting cadence.
• Transform client ideas into polished short‑form videos, graphics, captions, and copy.
• Produce, film, edit, and publish Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and other short‑form assets.
• Lead a personal rebrand to establish a cohesive, premium, education‑first identity.
• Create accessible, non‑salesy content on life insurance, family protection, and generational wealth.
• Grow accounts organically, drive inbound interest, community engagement, and referrals.
• Track engagement metrics, report performance, and continuously refine the approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling TikTok and Instagram accounts with measurable results.
• Strong short‑form video skills: ideation, filming direction, and editing.
• Solid graphic design, caption writing, and copywriting abilities.
• Track record of building personal or founder‑led brands, including rebrands.
• Eye for premium, aspirational aesthetics.
• Ability to simplify complex, educational topics; finance or insurance knowledge is a plus.
• Focus on organic, community‑driven growth rather than paid ads.
• Flexible, proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
