About the role
The Social Media Manager develops and executes organic social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and community connection for SASSO and its clients. This role plans, creates, publishes, optimizes, and reports on content across key platforms while leveraging AI‑enabled workflows for efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies that boost brand visibility and audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and client objectives.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and produce reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with account management, creative, communications, digital, media, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools for research, ideation, content generation, repurposing, and workflow efficiency while maintaining human oversight.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media, digital content or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency.
- Proven track record of developing and managing social‑media strategies on major platforms.
- Experience creating editorial calendars, reporting on performance and making data‑driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with influencer, creator or user‑generated content programs is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with social‑media publishing, scheduling and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Business Center and YouTube Studio.
- Working knowledge of reporting and creative tools including Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
- Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling abilities for short‑form video and platform‑specific formats.
