Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through promotional and marketing activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and brand activities.
• Follow up with leads to develop sales opportunities.
• Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
• Support team marketing and sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Customer‑focused and goal‑oriented.
• Excellent presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self‑motivated.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
