Social Media Manager – Contract

About the role

The Manager, Social Media is a contract, on‑site position within Paramount’s Television Marketing Group. You will support the Director by turning strategy into daily social‑media execution for multiple franchise series, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and reaches audiences across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Translate director strategy into detailed content briefs, plan batch content (clips, comps, campaigns) and align timelines with campaign and project managers.
• Lead creation and ideation of social assets, contribute concepts, manage execution of campaign plans and partner projects.
• Schedule and route content through approvals, maintain the content calendar, flag risks and keep deliverables on track.
• Track performance against goals, analyse insights, optimise formats and feed learnings back to the team.

Required profile

• 4‑7+ years of social‑media experience, preferably in media, entertainment or marketing.
• Strong interest in TV, pop‑culture and reality‑show trends.
• Proven ability to turn creative ideas into successful social campaigns.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Clear professional communication, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X (Twitter) platforms.
