About the role

Jerry.ai is building the first all‑in‑one app for car ownership and needs a community‑focused Social Media Manager to represent the brand authentically where users already gather – Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will own the organic voice of the company and turn technical, often “boring” topics into engaging conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop a community playbook that defines posting cadence, reply strategy, and silence periods.
• Expand and nurture subreddits into trusted, active communities.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy that retains authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation to guide strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Platform‑native voice that resonates on Reddit, TikTok, and Quora without corporate jargon.
• Strategic mindset that builds systems, understands SEO, and knows how LLMs cite sources.
• Proven ability to humanize technical or stressful topics.
• Patient, long‑term thinker who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
