Social Media Growth Manager

About the role

Trafilea is seeking a Social Media Growth Manager to engineer organic growth at scale for its portfolio of digitally native consumer brands. This role focuses on building systematic, repeatable distribution engines across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms, rather than traditional content scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and scale organic growth strategies that maximize reach, engagement and distribution at massive scale.
• Build and manage multi‑account networks that amplify content and sustain audience growth.
• Identify viral trends, algorithm shifts and translate them into rapid content experiments.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation to produce high‑volume video content efficiently.
• Develop creative briefs and distribution plans for large creator networks.
• Continuously experiment with hooks, formats and publishing tactics, analysing retention, completion and share metrics to refine the growth engine.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in organic social media growth, viral content strategy or growth hacking.
• Proven track record of scaling TikTok and Instagram accounts from zero to hundreds of thousands of followers or generating millions of organic views.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithm mechanics, including viral hooks and audience retention signals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and high ownership.
