Social Media Growth Hacker

About the role

Trafilea, a consumer tech platform for brand growth that owns its own DTC brands and operates in Walmart, Nordstrom and Amazon, is hiring a Social Media Growth Hacker. This is not a traditional social media management role: you will engineer organic growth at scale across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms, designing and running multi-account distribution networks and viral growth systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run organic growth strategies that maximize reach, engagement and distribution at scale
• Design and manage networks of social accounts that amplify content and accelerate reach
• Turn emerging trends and viral formats into content strategies
• Use AI-powered tools and automation to produce and distribute large volumes of content
• Build creative concepts and briefs for creators, influencers and content teams
• Run systematic experiments on hooks, formats, retention and publishing tactics
• Analyze retention, completion rates, shares, replays and distribution velocity to scale winning approaches
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable growth systems across brands, accounts and markets

Required profile

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in organic social growth, viral content or growth hacking, with a track record of scaling TikTok and Instagram accounts
• Proven success growing accounts from zero to hundreds of thousands of followers or generating millions of organic views
• Experience building multi-account networks, clipping ecosystems or high-volume content distribution
• Ability to develop creative strategies and briefs for creators and influencers

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, viral hooks, retention and engagement signals
• Proficiency with AI content creation and automation tools such as Opus Clip and generative video platforms
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills, using metrics, A/B testing and rapid iteration
