Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

ThreatDown, a provider of elite Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, is looking for a conversion-obsessed, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own its corporate website as the primary global demand generation and pipeline engine. The role acts as the operational owner of the web ecosystem, turning traffic from paid and organic channels into qualified inbound pipeline, with high autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management, architecture and optimization of the corporate website to maximize inbound leads, demo requests and pipeline velocity.
• Build, manage and update site pages in WordPress, and configure forms, tracking and conversion paths integrated with HubSpot.
• Design, run and analyze continuous A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, forms and CTAs to lower acquisition costs.
• Monitor conversion metrics, user behavior and multi-channel attribution flows with Marketing Operations, giving insights on traffic quality and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience focused on web management, CRO and website-led demand generation in high-growth B2B tech, SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead qualification and inbound pipeline mechanics; cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced, hands-on WordPress (CMS, page builders, site architecture)
• Deep HubSpot expertise (Marketing Hub, forms, landing pages, tracking)
• Figma for UX/UI wireframing and web assets
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and web testing platforms
