Marketing Project Coordinator - Fully Remote

About the role

A hiring group is recruiting a Marketing Project Coordinator for a U.S.-based appliance repair company that operates nationwide. The role is fully remote and requires US business hours. The coordinator works closely with the Business Unit Manager to shape marketing priorities, strengthen the company's market presence and turn ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that attract qualified leads and support business growth.
• Plan, manage and optimize Google Ads, PPC, paid social and other digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Identify gaps across marketing channels, audience targeting and campaigns and turn them into action.
• Strengthen the company's visibility and reputation in its target markets.
• Manage outsourced marketing agencies and contractors, setting clear expectations and keeping partners accountable.
• Use campaign results, market trends and competitor insights to refine strategy.
• Track lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates and marketing ROI, and present clear recommendations to the Business Unit Manager.
• Manage marketing priorities independently, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and test new ideas, tools and approaches.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation and brand awareness, with measurable results.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, PPC, paid social and other digital marketing platforms.
• Experience managing external marketing agencies or contractors and aligning their work with business objectives.
• Proactive, analytical, organized and able to take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in home services or appliance repair is a plus.
