Social Media Coordinator – Hospitality Brand

About the role

Cohn Restaurant Group is looking for a full‑time Social Media Coordinator to bring its restaurant brands to life online. Based at the San Diego home office, you will create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, supporting influencer collaborations and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok using Hootsuite.
• Visit restaurant locations regularly to capture on‑brand photos, Reels and short‑form videos.
• Write engaging captions, select hashtags and tag partners to drive interaction.
• Assist with photoshoots, influencer partnerships and user‑generated content programs.
• Provide live coverage of restaurant events and capture content on‑site.
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, reviews and tags across platforms.
• Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets.
• Track performance metrics and produce monthly analytics reports.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams, Social Media Ambassadors and the CRG Marketing Team to execute content strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Strong photography, videography and visual storytelling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while juggling multiple brands and priorities.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Marketing degree preferred but not required.
