Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator (Hybrid, Nashville)

About the role

We are seeking a social‑native creator to join our team in the Greater Nashville Area on a hybrid basis. The role blends social media coordination with fast‑paced content creation, allowing you to turn emerging trends into engaging posts in real time. You will manage publishing calendars while producing short‑form videos and lifestyle assets for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Manage publishing across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Execute social calendars and content schedules.
• Repurpose content into stories, reels, and other platform‑native formats.
• Monitor user‑generated content opportunities and ensure captions, copy, and video text overlays are polished.
• Capture and create social‑first content, including filming and editing short‑form videos and reels.
• Create product‑focused lifestyle content and support seasonal campaigns.
• Adapt existing assets for different social formats.
• Monitor social trends and viral moments to produce same‑day or next‑day content.
• Identify emerging products, sounds, memes, and formats to keep the brand ahead of cultural trends.
• Partner with internal teams to capitalize on cultural moments quickly.

Required profile

• 2+ years of social media and content creation experience.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong understanding of Reels and short‑form video.
• Retail product experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable filming and editing content independently.
• Experience managing social calendars and publishing workflows.
• Understanding of UGC and creator‑style content.
• Ability to move quickly and pivot priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
