Social Media & Content Manager for Founder-Led Brands

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to amplify the voices of multiple founders and brands at a fast‑growing, founder‑led company operating at the intersection of wellness, consumer, and emerging technology. This role goes beyond scheduling posts; it focuses on storytelling, audience psychology, and turning ideas into engaging content quickly and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence for founders and brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, podcasts, short‑form video and other channels.
• Create compelling written, visual, and short‑form content and repurpose long‑form conversations into clips, graphics and campaigns.
• Develop founder‑led content strategies and maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
• Collaborate directly with founders to capture authentic voice and messaging.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth and content performance to position brands as category leaders.

Required profile

• Strong eye for branding, storytelling and internet culture.
• Fast executor with creative instincts, comfortable in a startup environment with little structure.
• Highly organized, self‑directed and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a passion for social media, growth, wellness and digital communities.
