Social Media Content Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Manager to join our AI training team. In this remote contractor role you will apply your expertise in writing, editing, and research to help train and evaluate AI chatbots, ensuring they deliver accurate and high-quality responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and assign complex, real-world tasks to AI chatbots.
• Assess chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Identify logical gaps and provide feedback to improve model quality.
• Conduct fact-checking and research to verify information generated by the AI.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail-oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in social media content creation and management.
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
