Social Media Content Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely, measuring model progress, testing logic, and solving problems to raise the quality of each AI system.

Key responsibilities

  • Assign complex, real‑world tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
  • Measure and report on chatbot performance, correctness, and overall quality.
  • Identify logical gaps and provide feedback to improve model behavior.
  • Conduct research and fact‑checking to ensure content accuracy.

Required profile

  • Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
  • Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
  • Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
