Social Media Content Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Manager to help train AI chatbots. In this remote contractor position you will apply your expert writing and editing skills to evaluate and improve AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assign complex tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Measure progress of AI models, evaluate logic, and identify areas for improvement.
• Check the correctness, relevance, and performance of generated content.
• Conduct research and fact‑checking to ensure high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Experience in writing, editing, and language use at an expert level.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
