About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Associate to manage the online presence of multiple clients across diverse industries. You will create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor interactions to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop daily social media posts and accompanying graphics for various clients.
• Maintain and obtain approval for social media calendars.
• Schedule and automate posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor comments, mentions, and direct messages, responding appropriately.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Research and curate fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with other departments on multi‑channel campaigns.
• Proofread and edit content produced by team members.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability with quick, accurate copy creation.
• Passion for digital storytelling and staying current with social media trends.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail and impeccable proofreading.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling/automation tools.
• Experience designing graphics for social media.
• Ability to create and edit short video content.
