Social & Community Intern (New York)

About the role

Love, Bonito is seeking a Social & Community Intern to join its New York team. The intern will support the brand’s social media strategy, helping to grow and engage a global community of women while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in brainstorming, planning and scheduling content for all social channels.
• Write creative copy with clear calls‑to‑action to drive traffic and conversions.
• Support timely delivery of assets, manage internal trackers and influencer lists.
• Help prepare social performance reports and gather insights for the team.
• Participate in market research, competitor analysis and media monitoring.
• Coordinate timelines and follow‑ups with influencers for campaign execution.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion, community building and empowering women.
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a “no corporate‑BS” environment.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft engaging copy.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple trackers and deadlines.
• Team player who enjoys brainstorming and collaborating across functions.
