Key responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and hobby assistance.
• Advocate for clients in community settings and ensure their safety and independence.

Required profile

• Heart for caring and a commitment to Commonwise’s mission “To truly care for people.”
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 lb and perform frequent bending.
• Strong communication, visual, and auditory abilities.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation duties.

• Starting pay $17.50–$20 per hour, weekly pay, and weekend differentials.
