Key responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding).
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and hobby assistance.
• Advocate for clients in community settings and ensure their safety and independence.

Required profile

• Heart for caring and a commitment to Commonwise’s mission to truly care for people.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 lb and perform frequent bending.
• Strong communication, visual, and auditory abilities; driving may be required.

• Starting pay $17.50–$20 per hour with weekly pay and weekend differentials.
