Site Supervisor – Ultra Luxury Residence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations on ultra‑luxury custom home projects in New York and Connecticut. You will be the on‑site point of contact, ensuring that construction activities align with the high standards of our client’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities for ground‑up residential builds.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising residential construction sites, preferably high‑end custom homes.
• Strong understanding of site logistics, subcontractor management, and construction sequencing.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with project leadership and trade crews.
• Ability to work independently on a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
