Site Supervisor - Applicant Support Center

About the role

Amentum is hiring a Site Supervisor in Charleston, SC, for an Applicant Support Center (ASC) location. The supervisor is responsible for the overall operational aspects of the site, reporting directly to the Regional and/or Deputy Regional Manager. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 4:15pm (opening and closing times may vary), with 40 hours per week that can change with applicant volume.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff such as Biometrics Technicians, Receptionists and Tiger Team BTs, and manage day-to-day operations including administration, logistics, facility maintenance, safety, security, customer service, production and staffing.
• Monitor biometrics capture, IDP and biometrics processes by observation and/or participation.
• Manage staff scheduling to maximize the ASC's capacity and prepare reports for the PMO, including weekly production reports, customer service reports, timesheets, training records, inventory of Government Furnished Property, incident reports and others.
• Train new ASC personnel using SOPs and other training tools, and give leadership, guidance and career development to employees.
• Maintain supply levels and costs, keep ASC documents and records, and submit recruiting and employment documents on time.
• May perform IDP duties after suitability clearance and training, and may act as a substitute Receptionist.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience such as customer service, administrative support or call center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role or 1 year at an Applicant Support Center.
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials; US citizenship is required for this location.
• Must stand or walk 70% to 75% of each shift while doing repetitive motions.
• Preferred: valid driver's license.
