Site Supervisor - Applicant Support Center (Casual/On Call)

About the role

Amentum is looking for a Site Supervisor in Duluth, MN to oversee the overall operations of an Applicant Support Center (ASC) that operates only a few days per month. This is a casual, on-call position, not regular full-time or part-time, paid $28.00 per hour as an SCA position.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff such as Biometrics Technicians, Receptionists and Tiger Team BTs, reporting to the Regional and/or Deputy Regional Manager.
• Manage day-to-day ASC operations: administration, property control, logistics, facility maintenance, safety, security, customer service, daily production and staffing.
• Monitor biometrics capture, IDP and biometrics processes by observation and/or participation.
• Schedule staff to maximize the ASC's capacity and prepare reports for the PMO, including weekly production reports, customer service reports, timesheets, training records, quarterly GFP inventory, AIRs and others.
• Train new ASC personnel using SOPs and other training materials, and guide employees' careers.
• Ensure adherence to workplace policies, use an Employee Contact Record for counseling, and coordinate with Regional Management, the PMO HR and the USCIS Manager.
• Maintain supplies, records and recruiting documents, and may perform IDP, Biometrics Technician, Receptionist and administrative duties if assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials; US citizenship is required for this location.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (customer service, administrative support or call center) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role or 1 year at an ASC.
• Must be able to stand or walk 70-75% of each shift due to repetitive motions.
• Must complete all required training after hiring.
• Preferred: valid driver's license.
