Product Operations Coordinator

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to join its Photo team in Duluth. The role supports insurance customers by obtaining, processing, and delivering accident‑related media from law enforcement agencies, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and research law enforcement agencies to retrieve accident‑related media.
• Maintain communication with police departments regarding media requests and order statuses.
• Process, verify, and distribute digital evidence to insurance customers.
• Handle sensitive and graphic content, ensuring secure encryption and proper documentation.
• Prepare media for delivery, including copying files to encrypted USB devices and generating UPS shipping labels.
• Assist with inbound mail processing and other operational support tasks.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data‑handling policies.
