About the role

Infosys is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support its Financial Services unit, working on AI‑driven digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients. The role is based in Chandler, AZ (with additional opportunities in Charlotte, NC) and focuses on building and maintaining reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root‑cause analyses, and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports, and support due‑diligence to document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective infrastructure solutions, review reusable components, and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
• Align release schedules, execute deployments, perform post‑deployment testing, and manage version control.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades while ensuring uninterrupted integration.
• Facilitate performance data analysis, provide insights on system behavior, and support capacity planning.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits, implementing security measures as needed.
