Site Project Manager – Construction

About the role

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale construction projects in the Greater Baton Rouge area. You will be responsible for keeping the project on schedule, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating all on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall site execution, aligning schedule, field leadership, subcontractor performance, material readiness, and issue escalation.
• Manage day‑to‑day site activities including safety, quality, logistics, and trade‑partner coordination.
• Drive planning, decision‑making, escalation, and recovery actions to keep the project on track.
• Build and maintain site‑leadership alignment, enforce disciplined field operating rhythms, and resolve issues proactively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in schedule‑driven construction execution and site management.
• Ability to lead both self‑perform work and subcontracted scope with clear expectations.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence for critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience managing trade partners, vendors, and supporting documentation and turnover processes.
