About the role

Gopuff is looking for a self‑starting, entrepreneurial Site Manager to lead its Dayton facility. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, and coordinating independent Driver Partners to ensure a flawless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Shift Leaders, Field Operations Associates, and Driver Partners.
• Oversee all aspects of the facility’s operations, including inventory, safety, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure delivery of a perfect experience for customers by meeting service standards.
• Execute operational strategies and continuously improve processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
