Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead - PAH/IPF

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead (formerly Clinical Trial Educator) to work nationally across the West, Central, Northeast and Southeast regions. The role provides information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers, gives in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment, and partners with CRAs and field-based medical teams to build tailored recruitment plans. It is a full-time, field-based position with up to 75% travel nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers
• Run in-service presentations aimed at increasing patient enrollment
• Work with CRAs and field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans
• Work with referring physicians to build referral networks supporting the sites
• Work with support groups in the therapeutic area

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications, including an Associate Degree in Nursing with an active RN license
• Clinical research experience required
• Registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professional preferred
• CCRC preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and/or healthcare education experience preferred
• Community engagement experience required; diversity and inclusion in clinical trials experience preferred

Required skills

• Demonstrated ability to complete patient recruitment activities, including referral outreach, chart reviews and data abstraction
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight and to coordinate activities across multiple functions
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication, and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Travel up to 75%, with potential for overnight stays

The potential base pay range, when annualized, is $62,300 to $195,100, depending on qualifications, location and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses and other benefits may also apply.
