Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead - Licensed Medical Professionals

About the role

The Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead (formerly the Clinical Trial Educator) provides information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers. The role works in partnership with CRAs and other field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans, and also builds referral networks with referring physicians and works with support groups in the therapeutic area. It is a full-time, field-based position with up to 75% travel nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers
• Deliver in-service presentations aimed at increasing patient enrollment
• Work with CRAs and field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans
• Build referral networks with referring physicians and work with support groups in the therapeutic area

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (minimum)
• Clinical research experience
• Active license or credential in one of: MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD), Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Respiratory Therapist
• Preferred: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC); 2+ years as a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead or in healthcare education
• Preferred: experience in community engagement and diversity in clinical trials
• Preferred: business experience, customer service skills, strong technology, administrative and presentation skills, excellent oral and written communication, proven referral outreach, chart review and data abstraction, independence, willingness to travel up to 75% including overnight stays

What we offer

• Potential base pay range of $62,300 to $237,700 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule
