Senior Consultant, Commercial Solutions & Insights Hub (Analytic Services)

About the role

IQVIA's Commercial Solutions & Insights Hub (CSIH) advises pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers on complex healthcare data. As a Senior Consultant in Analytic Services, you will design and run analytics, provide business consulting and project management, and turn secondary data into actionable insights on patients, payers, prescribers and markets. The role is manager level, with independent work and minimal senior support, and requires travel to client sites in the US; a hybrid schedule in a PA, NY, NJ or CT office several times per week is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze secondary data and market research to identify key insights and trends.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses using IQVIA data to support client deliverables and business decisions.
• Create client presentations and take part in client meetings.
• Manage projects and work streams of reasonable complexity, with plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coach consultants across multiple concurrent projects and collaborate across internal and external teams.
• Develop documentation such as business process docs, SOPs and client data scorecards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6-8 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare market and strong interest in healthcare analytics.
• Ability to follow SOPs, document project work and adhere to processes.
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Patient Analytics (e.g. APLD, LAAD) and sales/marketing analytics with sub-national data.
• Support for analytics such as Source of Business, Compliance, Payer, Patient Journey, Promo Mix Modeling, Segmentation and Targeting.
• Technical skills in Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Tableau and/or Excel VBA.
• Project management and strong analytical, problem-solving skills with large data sets.

The potential base pay range is $95,700-$239,200 annually, depending on qualifications, location and schedule; incentives, bonuses and benefits may also apply.
