About the role

Tarleton State University seeks a Site Coordinator for the Department of Curriculum & Instruction. Working under general supervision, the coordinator will collaborate with university leadership to design and manage partnership programs with local Independent School Districts, while supporting the teaching and learning process on campus.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement partnership programs between local ISDs and the university.
• Coordinate teaching and learning activities within the department.
• Participate in operational tasks required by the institution.
• Maintain regular communication with district partners and internal stakeholders.
• Work flexible Monday‑Friday hours aligned with campus schedules or as needed.
