Site Activation Specialist / Contract Negotiator

About the role

Under moderate supervision, this role carries out feasibility, site identification, regulatory, start-up and maintenance activities for clinical studies at regional or country level, in line with regulations, SOPs and project requirements. It works closely with the Site Activation Manager, the Project Management team and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage site documentation, and review and negotiate site documents and contracts with sites and sponsors
• Maintain, review and report on site performance metrics, and act as the main point of contact for investigative sites
• Track completion of required documents, ensure contracts are fully executed and establish project timelines
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal team members, and update internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans
• Follow up the progress, approval and execution of documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics approvals, the Informed Consent Form (ICF) and Investigator Pack release documents

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• 1-3 years of clinical research or other relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Advanced knowledge in a specific discipline, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education

What we offer

• Base pay range of $49,200 to $157,100 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule
