Shipping & Receiving Associate

About the role

Professional Control Corporation (PCC), a Siemens distributor for industrial automation, power distribution and electrical controls products, is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Germantown, WI. The role involves shipping and receiving orders accurately and helping out in other departments as needed. It is a full-time, direct-hire position in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control, review pick tickets and package and label orders
• Complete shipping paperwork and ship orders via UPS and FedEx
• Receive and inspect deliveries from UPS, DHL and FedEx
• Review picking tickets and accurately pick orders
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
• Assist with general inventory duties such as cycle counts, relocating and put-away
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required profile

• At least 1 year in a warehouse role
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with computers
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and cross-train
• Able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50 lbs

Required skills

• Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping systems is a plus
