Shipping & Receiving Associate

About the role

Join SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions as a Shipping & Receiving Associate, where you will play a critical part in moving pharmaceutical and biotech materials safely and accurately throughout the facility. This full‑time, onsite position offers a chance to develop GxP and cGMP experience while supporting life‑saving therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound deliveries; enter inventory within 24 hours.
• Label, stage, and store materials according to SOPs and report discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound shipments, package temperature‑sensitive items, and generate shipping documentation.
• Coordinate carrier pickups (FedEx, UPS, World Courier, etc.) and monitor shipments.
• Assist with inventory counts, maintain accurate shipping records, and support audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inspection‑ready.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of shipping, warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand/walk throughout the shift.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory software.
• Proficiency using barcode scanners.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
