Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor leads daily inventory operations at SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, movement, and documentation of raw materials and finished goods. This role supports production schedules while maintaining compliance with cGMP, GDP, and company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, staging, picking, replenishment, and issuance of materials.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP/WMS.
• Verify proper labeling, segregation, and traceability of materials, including quarantine and rejected items.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet production and operational needs.
• Coordinate material staging and kitting according to schedules.
• Handle temperature‑sensitive or controlled items per safety protocols.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate discrepancies and document corrective actions.
• Assign daily work, coach, and train Inventory Associates on procedures and safety.

Required profile

• Experience supervising warehouse or inventory teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP, and SOP compliance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
