Shift Supervisor

About the role

Red Robin is hiring Shift Supervisors for its high-volume, full-service restaurant in Rogers. Supervisors manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management, and act as ambassadors of company and brand standards. Selected candidates and current team members receive on-the-job training for management tasks and leadership growth, and may also work other hourly roles they are certified in.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts
• Resolve guest issues and drive guest satisfaction
• Optimize profits while ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Supervise peers and represent company and brand equity standards

Required profile

• At least 21 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Record of high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation required
• ServSafe certification preferred

Required skills

• Oral and written communication, leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Basic business math and accounting, and analytical decision-making skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
