Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager (listed as Shift Lead) in Muncy, PA. The role leads shifts with energy and passion, resolves customer concerns so guests leave satisfied, coaches and guides the team and helps shape the restaurant's future through business initiatives with management.

Key responsibilities

• Run the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs
• Oversee team members completing Shift Excellence tasks and keeping them clean and neat
• Ensure food safety, order quality and accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and give regular, constructive feedback to team members
• Train team members, handle conflicts and help the GM resolve them
• Assist the GM in screening candidates, profit and loss management, cash control, security, inventory and labor
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
• Help with facility maintenance and health and safety standards

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; 3 months of shift lead experience preferred
• At least 18 years old, punctual and able to attend
• Dependable transportation and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs

Required skills

• Operating a cash register and making change for other cashiers
• Adherence to cash, security, inventory and labor policies
• Communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
