Key responsibilities

• Run the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs
• Oversee team members completing Shift Excellence tasks and keeping their appearance neat
• Ensure food safety, order quality and accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and give regular, constructive feedback to team members
• Train team members, handle conflicts constructively and help the GM resolve them
• Assist the GM in screening team member candidates
• Follow cash control and security procedures, manage inventory and labor, and assist with profit and loss management
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
• Help with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are met

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; 3 months of shift lead experience preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Dependable transportation and punctuality
• Excellent communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and move between areas

• Operating a cash register and making change for other cashiers
• Basic math skills
• Adherence to cash, security, inventory and labor policies
