About the role

The Shift Manager (Shift Leader) supports the restaurant management team by leading daily shifts, supervising crew members, and ensuring smooth operations when the Restaurant General Manager is absent. This position is based at a Taco Bell franchise in Portage, IN and offers a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead work shifts and directly supervise crew members.
• Maintain responsibility for restaurant performance and compliance with company standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate staff on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Ensure food handling, service quality, and facility specifications meet brand standards.
