Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager (listed as Shift Lead) in Lehighton, PA. Key responsibilities

• Run the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs
• Oversee team members completing Shift Excellence tasks and keeping them clean and neat
• Ensure food safety, order quality and accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and give regular, constructive feedback to team members
• Train team members, handle conflicts and assist the GM in candidate screening
• Follow cash control and security procedures, manage inventory and labor, and oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
• Assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; 3 months of shift lead experience preferred
• At least 18 years old, punctual and able to attend
• Dependable transportation and physical dexterity (moving up to 45 lbs)
• Good communication, management, leadership and organizational skills

• Operating a cash register and making change for other cashiers

• Adherence to cash, security, inventory and labor policies
