About the role
We are looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team during each shift. You will ensure that every guest receives fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organise each shift, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain food safety, inventory control, and daily cleanliness standards.
- Oversee crew scheduling, training, and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and profitability targets.
- Communicate effectively with the incoming Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
Required profile
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting (preferred).
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
