About the role

The Shift Manager leads the restaurant team during each shift, ensuring every guest receives fast, accurate, and friendly service. You will oversee operations, maintain quality standards, and support crew development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions to meet brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, food safety, and daily maintenance tasks.
• Communicate shift information to the incoming manager for seamless handover.
• Track safety, security, and profitability metrics during the shift.
• Support crew training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality settings.
• Positive attitude, flexible schedule, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
