About the role
The Shift Leader will support the Restaurant General Manager by running efficient shifts in a self‑sufficient manner. You will take ownership of problems, seek help when needed, and guide team members.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with profit‑and‑loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy and business math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for most of the shift, and have reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks
