Shift Leader – Opener / Daytime (Part‑Time)

About the role
You will work for an independent Taco Bell franchisee, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by running smooth daytime opening shifts. The position is part‑time and focuses on self‑sufficient shift management.
Key responsibilities
- Support the RGM by operating the shift efficiently and solving problems independently.
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members as needed during the shift.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
- Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and pass background checks.
- Ability to walk, stand for 80% of the shift and lift up to 50 lb.
Required skills
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision‑making ability.
